I have been going to the gym for 4 days an hour a day and i can already see im losing weight!! im so happy cant believe i can already see results! Sometimes its hard to drag myself out of bed and i think god more sweat but once im there i jump right in! I dont like the bike much but have worked out i can tolerate it for 10mins along with the cross trainer but what i really enjoy is the running machine. I mean i dont really jog alot but i do a really fast walk. Start on valocity 5.0 for 10mins then do 30mins at 5.5 which is really fast. I have noticed more people in there in the mornings now, theres a body build who comes in and 2 old ladies. I tend to get there for 9.45am so i can get it all done before it gets to hot outside. Its a really good feeling to be going again, i cant wait to be able to fit into the slimmer tops i have and actually look nice with no jelly belly!!
The gym is closing from 7th august to 24th august so i will have to do the online exercises while its closes so i dont miss out. So my plan is 5 days a week at the gym with weekend as rest time so i can spend them with Alex!
Looks like my brother is coming to visit for sure in October and hes started dating a girl so he asked me reather shyly that if they got serious could he bring her with him to Rome. I dont mind at all and Alex was fine with it as its only a week and as long as they dont mind sharing the big sofa bed we have it will all be well.
I have to say im not thrilled with some of the stuff they have here health ways, well what i mean is the gynocologist gave me some stuff for my thrush. One of which is a scent water thing u have to insert in the area and squeeze til its empty. So as you can imagine it gets a bit messy and arkward and legs akimbo and frustrating as im not a bendy elastic dolly, why oh why? and how does it help? i have never ever had anything like that in the UK!Losing Weight
