My Diary/Blog i start 1 year ago when i moved to Roma to live. It has all my ups and downs and the difference of living in a different culture and relationship.

My best friend had an Italian boyfriend for two years and she said that he wanted her to do everything like his mama did. He was very handsome, charming and fun though with a great accent so it was a fair swap xx more…

Glad Ciro is a bit better. Why are men so funny about birthdays. It's Ades 40th on Wednesday. I was planning a bit of a party for him (not massive, just close friends and family, champagne, excellent food and great music) but he said that he would hate to be the centre of attention. So, on his birthday we are going to yoga class!!!!!!!
Lidl is fantastic! Sadly, I don't think balsamic would be the same. The trick is to use some good pickling spice, but you can buy these in tiny little packets (I think Schwartz do them) - maybe you could get someone to mail you a packet.
